Fatal Accident at Construction Site

An industrial accident on Britannia Road north of Howe Street claimed the life of a 30-year-old man. Ottawa Paramedics were called at 4:50 pm Tuesday afternoon.
The man was working on a construction site when he was crushed under the tracks of a construction machine used to create sidewalk/roadway curbs.
Ottawa police are investigating.
