Seven time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong is offering his best wishes to the five cyclists injured in Sunday morning's crash in Kanata.
Armstrong, who's trying for his eighth title this year, dedicated his video blog to them.
"I hope everybody is doing well there, and we're all thinking about you," said Armstrong.
"Any time you have interaction between bikes and cars, you never know what can happen."
All five Ottawa cyclists remain in hospital, one still in critical condition with head injuries.
45 year old Sommit Luangpakham, the man accused of driving the mini-van that hit the cyclists, is due back in court tomorrow for a bail hearing.
He remains in custody on five counts of leaving the scene of an accident causing injuries, and is expected to face more charges.
