Monday, April 27, 2009
Air Canada and WestJet are waiving fees for anyone seeking to change their Mexican travel plans.
The move comes as Canada confirms six cases of swine flu in Canada.
Air Canada says it is waiving the "change" fees for customers who had reservations for travel to and from Mexico City, up to April 30th.
WestJet will waive change fees for all its flights to Mexico this month.
The Public Health Agency has directed customs agents to be on the lookout for anyone with flu-like symptoms arriving in Canada.
