Russian Missile Test Fails

Russia’s latest test of the advanced ballistic missile Bulava has failed.
It’s the sixth time in 10 test launches that a missile has self-destructed, a major setback for Russia’s efforts to upgrade its aging arsenal of missiles.
A Defence Ministry duty officer would not comment on the report.
Despite the failures, Russian leaders say the Bulava have the capability to penetrate missile defences and describe it as a key part of the military's future nuclear arsenal.
