North Korea Executes Christian

A woman who distributed the Bible in communist North Korea has reportedly been publicly executed for what is a crime in the atheist state.
Associated Press reports that human rights activists say the 33-year-old mother of three was also accused of spying for South Korea and the United States.
The North's official news agency has not mentioned the case.
Still, observers note the execution would be a severe upgrade in the crackdown on religion in North Korea.
Christianity once flourished in the now impoverished and isolated country.
