A group of BC Indian Chiefs has launched an Olympic rights campaign targeting foreign media.
The Chiefs say they will carry out the campaign during the Olympics to pressure Canada to sign a UN declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples.
The Lubicon Cree did the same thing during the Calgary Games in 1988.
The Union of BC Indian Chiefs says members will target the national and international media in town for the Olympics.
