Free WiFi - Ambitious Project Underway in Ottawa
This week we spoke with two members of a local group commited to bringing wifi access to Ottawa for free. There is a larger group very active in Montreal, working with local businesses who are willing to share their internet connections with anyone nearby. It's part of an ambitious grassroots project that, if successful, will see users able to sit in their favourite cafe, restaurant or library and work away on their laptops or wireless devices.

Tracey Lariault and Emil Mitev from the group called ogWiFi joined us in the studio to discuss their plans.
