There are new charges for the Cornwall woman who gave birth in an Ottawa jail including theft under $5,000 and a charge for breaching her release conditions.
Police say a man and a woman entered a store on January 17 and attempted to hide chicken wings, popcorn, jerky, Cheetos and butter inside their coats and tried to leave without paying for the items.
A loss prevention officer stopped them and after a brief struggle police say the pair left in a vehicle.
Julie Bilotta, 27, went to police on Tuesday and was arrested, charged and released. She'll appear in court again February 20.
Dakota Garlow, 27, was arrested January 29 when he went to police and was also charged and released to appear March 6th before a judge.
