Two Ottawa men are facing charges related to several break-ins across the city after they were arrested on Maitland Avenue yesterday.

Police have believed since mid-January the break-ins were linked and brought in partners from the OPP to help them track down the suspects.

53-year-old Desmond Johnston and 44-year-old Michael Leblanc are facing six counts each of break and enter and wearing a disguise with intent as well as charges for vehicle theft.

They appeared in court before a judge for a bail hearing on Thursday. More charges are expected to be laid against the pair.
