Mohawk protesters occupy CN Rail tracks; three to be charged

Ontario Provincial Police say three people will be charged after Mohawk protesters calling for an inquiry into missing and murdered aboriginal women occupied CN Rail tracks in Napanee Saturday morning.

CN had to issue a stop order for all trains, including VIA Rail.

OPP say a man smashed the window of an unmarked police cruiser.

Four people were arrested; three of them will face charges that have yet to be determined by investigators.

The stop order has been lifted and train service has resumed.
