Look for lots of shamrocks and green downtown today... as the St. Patrick's Day parade winds its way from City Hall to the Portage Bridge.
Tracy Dixon is president of the Ottawa Irish Society and says they're collecting donations along the route.
She says this year, they are supporting the Ottawa Food Bank, and they will be collecting non-perishable food and cash donations along the route.
Dixon says there will be 65 floats, so it will be a fun filled parade.
The parade starts at 11 o'clock this morning, but you can expect road closures on Laurier to Start at 7:30 and closures on Laurier, Bank and Wellington beginning at 11.
