Harb case put off until next month

The case against former Liberal senator Mac Harb has been put over until April 22nd.

Harb's lawyer appeared in court on his behalf in Ottawa Tuesday morning.

Harb and suspended senator Patrick Brazeau are charged with fraud and breach of trust in connection with the Senate expenses scandal.

Both men are accused of claiming expenses for a secondary residence in Ottawa, even though they already lived primarily in the capital region.

Brazeau's next court date is April 28th.
