A truck driver is facing charges after a crash that paralyzed a stretch of Highway 401.
All lanes of the highway are reopened eastbound at Odessa, after being closed from 10a.m. Saturday until around 5:30 p.m.
The transport truck collided with a vehicle and several metres of a metal guard-rail before rolling on its side in the median ditch.
The driver of the truck, a 50-year-old Brampton man, was transported to hospital, where he was treated and released.
He has been charged with driving while under suspension and careless driving. He will appear in court in April.
