A new lawsuit has been filed against the city related to last year's deadly bus-train crash.

The family of 35-year-old Robert More, one of the six people killed in the September 18, 2013 crash, is making a $600,000 dollar claim.

This is the third lawsuit that has been filed related to the incident.

More's family name the City of Ottawa and the estate of driver David Woodard as defendants. Woodard was the driver of the bus on the day it crashed. He was also killed.

None of the statements in the suit have been proven in court, and no statements of defense have been filed.
