Family of Graydon Scott wants investigation into police actions

The family of an Ottawa man who was found dead after being the subject of a missing persons report wants an investigation into the actions of police.

An O-P-P officer pulled over 71-year-old Graydon Scott and identified him after the report had been filed.

Son James Scott tells CTV Ottawa he wants to know why his father was allowed to carry on his way.

He asks if something different should have happened.

Graydon Scott's body was discovered in his car near Bancroft, not far from where he was pulled over.

He was driving to Medhurst to visit family.
