The National Capital Commission is looking at putting up a traffic light on the Queen Elizabeth Driveway at Fifth Avenue.
This traffic light - which includes segregated bike lanes - isn't just your average one, according to Cedric Pelletier with the NCC.
It will only be activated when pedestrians or cyclists need to cross.
Area residents like Jo Wood are pleased with the idea, considering the Lansdowne renovation, but say another one of these lights is needed.
This traffic light is expected to go up in the summer.
