The Ashton real estate agent charged with the attempted murder of his wife and daughter in an apparent "honour attack" will be back before a judge Monday.
A representative for Labib Khawas's lawyer says they're waiting for some of the facts of the case to be made available.
But Crown lawyers say they have all the information. Still Khawas's lawyers will enter a new request.
After he was told to return to court Monday Khawas interrupted, telling the court he had a question.
"Why is it that I'm still not allowed to see or speak with my son," he asked.
Khawas had been told Monday he would be prohibited from communicating with his wife, daughter or son while he was behind bars.
The sitting justice told him Thursday to ask his lawyer about the details of the communication ban.
Khawas's wife suffered serious stab wounds and his daughter's finger was cut off in an attack at the family home Saturday night.
