The man and woman accused of first-degree murder in the death of Jagtar Gill will be back before a judge today by video.
Lawyers for Gurpreet Ronald and Bhupinderpal Gill were still waiting for the Crown to give them the facts of the case when the pair were before a judge two weeks ago.
Without that disclosure now hearing dates can't be set but there is a slight chance the lawyers could be ready now to set bail hearing dates.
Ronald was arrested April 9 in the murder of her neighbour Jagtar Gill who was found by her husband and daughter, beaten and stabbed to death in her Barrhaven home in January.
Her husband Bhupinderpal was arrested April 16.
