It will likely be another brief appearance in court Wednesday afternoon for the Ashton real estate lawyer accused of trying to kill his wife and daughter.
Labib Khawas appeared Monday afternoon from the maximum security wing only to be told his lawyers still don't have all the facts of the case.
They're waiting for the statements given by Khawas's wife and daughter and the Crown says they may not have that information today.
Khawas was arrested May 3 after police responded to his upscale Ashton home late that night.
His daughter's finger had been severed and his wife was in serious condition from several stab wounds.
While behind bars Khawas cannot speak to his wife, daughter, or son.
