New charges have been laid against Derrick Gallagher - the CFB Petawawa soldier accused of multiple sex crimes.
OPP laid the charges after new victims came forward.
OPP Const. Pete Robertson told CFRA the seven new victims came forward to police already investigating nine cases.
"I believe that probably the fact that we've put that out there to the media and people are seeing that and of course one thing leads to another, and if there's any more women out there we're looking for any more than have anything to add to this as well," said Robertson.
Police believe some of the victims may have been drugged and may not have known they were assaulted - they're urging anyone who came in contact with Gallagher in the last seven years to contact them.
Gallagher is due to appear in court Thursday afternoon on a total of 17 sexual assault charges, 25 counts of voyeurism, one charge of assault and one of break and enter.
