OPP ID body found near Winchester as homicide investigation continues

OPP have identified a body found near Winchester last April; a discovery which prompted an ongoing homicide investigation.

They say the remains found on Steen Road belong to Raymond Arnold Collison of Chesterville, a man in his 50's who had been reported missing in September of 2009.

The body was ID'd through DNA testing.

The discovery was made on April 17th, while the murder investigation was launched six days later.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP.
