Police seek west end bank robbery suspect

Ottawa Police are looking for your help tracking down the man they believe is behind two west end robberies.

They say a man stole money from a bank on Richmond Road where he'd handed the teller a note saying he was armed ... no weapon was seen.

About two hours later he robbed another bank on Richmond Road where he'd also demanded cash with a note.

Police say there were no injuries in either case.

The suspect is described as being a Caucasian male, 25-35 years, approximately 6'0" with a pale complexion and weighing about 150 lbs. Police said he has a thin build, red or blonde hair, and stained teeth. The suspect was wearing a bright orange construction style jacket, and jeans and sneakers.
