Ottawa Senators draft new players on day two of NHL Draft

Day two of the NHL Draft started Saturday morning and the Ottawa Senators were kept busy. The Sens took a couple of defensemen, selecting Swede Andreas Englund 40th overall in the second round and American Miles Gendron 70th overall in the third round.

With their 4th round pick, the Sens selected American forward Shane Eiserman.

Kelly Summers joins the club from the Carleton Place Canadians. The team chose him with the 189th pick.

The Sens also drafted Francis Perron with their 190th pick, from the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.
