The Glenview Homes Canada Day in Kanata Celebration is one of the largest community events in Ottawa. Crowds of over 30,000 gather at Walter Baker Park off Terry Fox Drive in Kanata to celebrate this significant community event. The best part, admission is free!
The musical headliner this year is Amos the Transparent, and of course there are fireworks at 10:00pm.

Orleans' Petrie Island will be hosting Canada festivities starting at 11:00 a.m., and capping off with fireworks at 10:00 p.m.
Play beach volleyball, enjoy live music and entertainment, and there's plenty for the kids, including Ray's Reptiles, the Little Mermaid and Spiderman, and more.

The Mattamy Homes Canada Day in Barrhaven Committee is very excited for what we have planned for this year's Canada Day Celebrations being held again at Clarke Fields behind the Royal Oak starting at 11am.
- Back this year: A Midway! Rides, games and more for the whole weekend, including Canada Day (by Homeniuk Rides)
- Selina's Studios Kids Zone with face painting, games, crafts, and other activities to keep the kids busy.
- Havenlea Chapman Mills Community Association Stage: Multicultural entertainment for the whole family;
- Taking over the main stage: Alter Ego, our incredible entertainers from last year!
The night will conclude with a Huge fireworks display at 10pm sponsored by Mattamy Homes.

Canada Day in Gemmill Park.
10:00 to 3:00: Bridge Street and Little Bridge Street will showcase 150 Antique Hot Roads and Muscle Cars. Hosted by 6One3.com, this show will take up every available space downtown, bringing hundreds of car owners and enthusiasts.
The Retro Rat Show Band will be performing in Coady’s Car Lot during the car show. “Playing the Best Retro Rock ‘n’ Roll Dance Music from the 50s, 60s, 70s and more!”
3:00 to Dusk: The fun will move to Gemmill Park with a family BBQ and concert. Kids’ activities include a Bouncy Castle, Make-your-own-T-shirt with JB Arts, Crafts, Mascots, and more. The live show on the main stage begins at 3:30 with the opening ceremonies followed by an exciting lineup of local and Canadian bands.

The SVA is proud to host Stittsville’s family-friendly Canada Day celebration each July 1st, and this year’s event promises to be a great one thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and the generosity of our amazing sponsors. We have a fantastic line up of music and entertainment, activities for families and children, delicious food, and, of course, fireworks to cap off the evening. The celebration gets underway at 3 pm on the grounds of Sacred Heart High School, right next to the GRC.
