An empty warehouse in Gatineau belonging to the NCC has been completely destroyed by fire.
Gatineau fire crews say they got the call around 5:55 a.m. Saturday for smoke coming from the area of Fournier Boulevard and the Gatineau River.
Upon arrival, they found the building at 80 Fournier already fully engulfed. They pumped water directly from the river to put out the flames. The fire was declared under control by 10:30 a.m.
Police have been called in to investigate.
No one was hurt.
