Pride Week continues in the capital on Monday, starting with a charity breakfast.
The breakfast is being served up by police officers at the Ottawa Police Headquarters on Elgin Street starting at 6 a.m.
Proceeds from the charity pancake breakfast will go to Etcetera, a for youth, by youth organization that provides key programming and events for GLBT youth in the city.
Following the breakfast, the Pride Flag will be raised at the police station, marking the start of the city-wide flag raising tour.
The tour, which takes place on an OC Transpo double Decker bus, will stop at various city sites for more flag raising.
It all ends at Ottawa City Hall at 4 p.m. where Mayor Jim Watson will proclaim Pride Week.
