More charges in "Scotty Toppers" case

The Ottawa suspect in an internet harrassment case is facing an additional five charges.

In late July,  Nicholas De Carlo, 29, was arrested and charged with several offenses after more than 20 women, mostly in the east end, complained they were being harrassed on-line by a man using the on-line name, "Scotty Toppers."

He was charged with 30 counts, including criminal harrassment, extortion, and possession of drugs for the purposes of trafficking.

On Wednesday, police laid four more charges of harrassment and one additional count of mischief.
