Rally in support of assisted suicide

As the Supreme Court of Canada begins hearings on the question of assisted suicide, groups across the country will rally on Wednesday.

In Ottawa, the local chapter of Dying with Dignity will host a rally outside of the Supreme Court of Canada building at 301 Wellington Street.

There will be speeches from members of the group as well as doctors and from those who are fighting for their right to assisted suicide.

The rally will be held at 12:30 p.m.
