Weird N' Wacky

One of these stories is made up, can you guess which one?

Story 1

A man who took a pickup for a test drive ended up in big trouble. Police busted Miller Scott after finding a missing truck in the man's driveway the next morning. The alleged suspect told police he had gone to the dealership to shop for a new pickup, and tells police he asked about taking the truck for an overnight test drive. He said the two made a verbal agreement that Scott would take the truck and return it the next morning.

Story 2

They say crime doesn't pay. For one robber in California, it did _ but not much. Police say a woman with a gun robbed 11 customers at a market and got away with $6. During the holdup, the woman confronted 10 customers in the store and also demanded money from one person who was entering the market. She then fled in an old car - we're not sure when she realized how poorly she did with her robbery attempt.

Story 3

Plans to ban the use of salt in New York restaurant kitchens is leaving a sour taste with chefs and restaurant owners. They are fiercely opposed to the proposals which could see restaurants fined $1,000 for each offence. A city councillor insists the salt ban would allow restaurant patrons to decide how salty they want their meals to be. But one restaurant owner says chefs would be handcuffed in their food preparation, and many are already set to rebel.

Which story do you think is False?
