An early morning fight at an Ottawa McDonalds restaurant ended in the stabbing death of a 20-year-old man.
Abdullah Al-Tutunji died from his injuries after the stabbing around 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning.
Ottawa Police say there was an altercation inside the McDonalds restaurant at Meadowlands Drive and Prince of Wales Drive. Inspector Glenn Wasson says the fight spilled outside into the parking lot.
Al-Tatunji was stabbed, and was pronounced dead in hospital.
Paramedics say the victim was found suffering from "multiple penetrating trauma wounds."
A male suspect has been arrested and the Major Crime Unit continues to investigate.

This is the second homicide in Ottawa this weekend and 22nd murder of the year.
Also on Twitter, Bordeleau said “another two senseless deaths this weekend. @OttawaPolice members hard at work holding those accountable. Too many lives lost this year.”
