A 25-year-old man is in custody in relation to a murder on the Tyendinaga-Mohawk First Nation near Belleville on Sunday.
Several different police units are working together on the case.
OPP say they were called to a residence on the First Nation around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, where they found 43-year-old Ken Ferrill injured.
He was taken to hospital where he later died.
The 25-year-old was arrested and taken into custody later that same day.
A postmortem exmaination is scheduled for Ferrill later today at the Ottawa Hospital.
