A 31-year-old Ottawa man is facing several robbery and weapon charges after a string of hold-ups overnight.
Police say two gas stations along Montreal Road and a convenience store on Beechwood Avenue were held up by a man armed with scissors between 1:15 and 5:10 Wednesday morning.
No one was hurt in any of the robberies, and the suspect only got a small amount of money from one of the gas stations, police say.
