Smiths Falls Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed a fatal crash on Sunday to contact them.
Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on the afternoon of Sunday, November 13, at the corner of Lorne Street and Hershey Drive.
A 36-year-old Ottawa woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Smiths Falls Police say her name is being withheld at the request of the family.
The crash remains under investigation.
