Ottawa Fire crews had a busy early morning Saturday, fighting two fires.
Fire crews say as of 5:30 a.m., they're on the scene of a working fire in the 1900-block of Banff Ave., near the Heron Park area.
They say a car in a carport beside the home caught fire first, and the blaze spread to the rest of the house.
Firefighters say all the occupants of the home escaped, but three adults will be displaced due to the fire.
One person is being assessed by Ottawa Paramedics for health issues.
A fire investigator has been called to the scene, but there's no word yet on the cause of the fire or the cost of the damages.
Earlier, fire crews put out a blaze in a unit of a row-home on Preston Street; no injuries were reported in that incident.
