The OPP have laid charges against the driver of a Chinese tour bus that crashed on Highway 401 near Prescott, killing three people.
The crash happened back on June 4th of last year when the bus full of Chinese tourists crashed into a rock cut on the side of the highway. Thirty-four other passengers were injured in the crash.
The driver, 31-year-old Jia Qi from Flushing, New York, has been chared with careless driving.
OPP say Qi was charged back on November 26th, 2018, but delayed releasing the information to the public as they had to notify all the passangers involved who live in China.
He's scheduled to appear in Brockville Court February 28th.
