Ottawa Police have laid charges against a 30-year-old man following a string of break-ins in the south end.
The incidents date back to September. The most recent one was on November 2. They were reported on Boundary Road, Pierce Road, Twin Elm Road, Old Richmond Road, and Bank Street.
In the case of the break-in on Pierce Road, Ottawa Police allege at least one gun was stolen.
Joshua Wales-Saunders is facing three counts of breaking and entering to commit theft, one count of theft under $5000, one count of possession of stolen property, one count of breaking and entering to steal a firearm, one count of trafficking firearms, one count of trafficking stolen property, and five counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Police say more charges are expected.
