A 26-year-old driver has turned himself in after colliding with a cyclist late Monday night.
Ottawa Police say the 24-year-old cyclist suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries after he was hit around 11:15 p.m.
It happened in the south-bound lanes on Bronson Avenue near Colonel By Drive.
The driver turned himself in around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
26-year-old Loyan Mukhtar is charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and failure to stop at an accident.
