Enwin Utilities says they are close to completing restoration for all services in Windsor.
According to a release, around 300 Enwin customers remain without power.
Crews have been working throughout last night and today to get everything up and running again.
At the peak of their outages around 25,000 customers were affected.
Areas affected include South Windsor, South Cameron, Sandwich and Pillette.
