Ottawa Fire officials say firefighters are back inside Fire Station 37, after having to leave the place empty on Monday due to a rat infestation.
The rodents were discovered to have burrowed into the station over the weekend, prompting an evacuation for air quality tests.
Ottawa Fire said in a statement Tuesday afternoon no air quality concerns were detected by the engineers monitoring the property of 910 Earl Armstrong Road.
There is no word yet on what happened to the rats.
