CAQ has promised to raise the legal age for purchasing marijuanna to 21, spend $400 million on high-speed internet, reduce immigration and make immigrants take a language and values test three years after arrival.
63 seats is needed for a majority government in Quebec. The CAQ looks to have won 70 tonight.
