A pursuing police officer has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the Guelph crash that killed Arnprior's Grace Glofcheskie.
The 24-year-old was struck by Curtis Henri as he fled police in December of 2015.
His SUV jumped a curb and he later pleaded guilty to seven charges.
Because the crash happened during a chase, the Special Investigations Unit is required to look into police activity.
The SIU says the cruiser pursuing Henri was traveling at a dangerous speed, but it isn't believed the officer driving it was in any way criminally culpable for Glofcheskie's death.
