The convicted murderer was handed a 25 year sentence on Wednesday for the attempted murder of World War Two veteran Ernest Côté.
Bush is already facing three consecutive life sentences for murdering a tax judge, his wife and a friend in 2007.
In December 2014, Bush broke into Côté's condo in New Edinburgh posing as a city employee.
He then attacked Côté, robbed him and put a plastic bag over his head, leaving him to die.
But the veteran managed to wiggle free of the bindings around his wrists and cut through the plastic bag, which allowed him to call 911.
Bush was identified by his family thanks to video surveillance from the condo building.
During this trial, the court heard a taped interview with Côté, who described the day in great detail.
Côté died in February 2015 at age 101.
Bush is facing 25 years in prison with no chance of parole for 10 years.
