The western Quebec man whose shirt sparked a wave of condemnation online is saying he stands by the message.
The man was wearing a t shirt at Saunders Farm this past weekend that threatened to kill gay people if they approached him.
CTV Legal Analyst Edward Prutschi says it's very likely the man could be facing charges.
Police have said they are investigating the incident as well as some of the comments on the Facebook post that has garnered thousands of responses.
