An Ottawa man accused of killing his sisters will spend 60 days in mental health treatment under the hope he will then be ruled fit to answer to charges.
29-year-old Musab A-Noor made a court appearance by video link from the Royal Ottawa this morning.
He was practically unresponsive, staring out a window and only answering when asked if he could hear.
The judge agreed with a psychiatrist saying he was not in any mental shape to stand trial.
It's believe A-Noor has schizophrenia and suffers from catatonia.
A-Noor's progress will be examined in a month.
He's accused of murdering Asma and Nasiba A-Noor at a McCarthy Road home on December 16th.
