Ottawa Police are asking for your help in tracking down a missing woman.
Louisa Neill, 34, is new to Ottawa and was last seen on New Year’s Eve in the Montreal Road area.
She is Inuit, 5'3 with a thin build and tanned complexion, dark brown shoulder length hair, dark brown eyes.
Louisa has a tattoo on her shoulder of a triangle with a bird flying through it and one on her forearm of the north star.
She was last seen wearing a grey toque, black winter coat, brown UGG boots and carrying black duffel bag and a green camouflage backpack.
