It appears Monika Caryk is fighting back against allegations she cyberbullied Ottawa Senators captain Erik Karlsson and his wife Melinda.
According to ESPN’s Emily Kaplan Caryk–the fiancée for former Senators forward Mike Hoffman–has filed an application with Ontario Superior Court asking for disclosure of information in the Karlsson case.
The report says Caryk wants to see the information that led Melinda Karlsson to file for a peace bond in May. Karlsson had alleged Caryk was behind a campaign of online harassment against her and her husband.
Both Caryk and Hoffman have denied the allegations, which have not been proven in court.
The Ottawa Senators traded Hoffman to the San Jose Sharks in June. Hoffman was then traded to the Florida Panthers.
CFRA has not yet seen the court documents reported on by ESPN.
