A motorcyclist in his 40s is dead after a single vehicle crash on Highway 417 Sunday morning.
OPP say they were called to the eastbound lanes of the 417 between Cyrville and Innes around 9:45 am. On Twitter, Ottawa Paramedics said a motorcyclist was in critical condition at the trauma centre.
The driver, identified as Pascal Moreau of Gatineau, later succumbed to his injuries.
OPP are investigating. The highway has since reopened.
