A possible strike at the National Arts Centre has been averted.
A tentative agreement has been reached between the NAC and the Public Service Alliance of Canada, the union representing box office and usher staff.
The four-year tentative deal includes wage increases and benefits for 109 employees, according to an NAC press release.
The Union had said Thursday they would file a 72-hour strike notice by Friday if a deal was not reached.
Workers had been trying to reach a deal since June 2016.
