Former University of Ottawa doctor Vincent Nadon and the University of Ottawa are now the subject of class action lawsuit totalling more than $200-million dollars.
Nadon will be facing a $110-million dollars in damages while the University of Ottawa will be facing $100-million dollars in damages.
The Statement of Claim alleges Nadon sexually assaulted and filmed a number of patients while he worked for the University of Ottawa Health Services.
Nadon is facing a total of 94 sex assault and voyeurism charges, with some of the incidents dating back as far as 1990.
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
Nadon was suspended from practicing medicine back in May 2018 as part of the investigation.
