Ottawa Public Health has provided a list of Ottawa pharmacies participating in the Ontario Naloxone Program.
There are 87 pharmacies on the list, as of January, 2017. You can view the list by clicking here.
Ottawa Public Health is urging interested residents to call ahead before going to the pharmacy to pick up a kit.

Naloxone kits are free to anyone with a valid Ontario health card at any of the participating pharmacies. The antidote can be used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, buying valuable, life-saving time. When you get a kit, you will be trained on how to use it, and how to recognize signs of an overdose.
Alex Munter, the President and CEO of the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, says CHEO has expanded its Naloxone availability and the antidote is now available 24/7 at the hospital.

Ottawa Paramedics are also equipped with Naloxone kits. They're currently the only first responders in the city with the kits on board, but the City is looking into whether Ottawa Fire Service trucks should have them on board as well.
